|Recommended: YesOur new resident manager Scott really gets stuff done. Since he’s been here he has improved the looks of the overall property. He also seems genuinely caring of us residents here at Bradford.
|Recommended: YesQuiet and Almost perfect to live in — The apartment is great but there are few that needs to be fix and maintained.
|Recommended: YesCharming smaller community that needs work. — The place does have charm. And the new manager Joe is great and works very hard. It seems like maybe they are understaffed maintenance wise but they are already making improvements to the community and you can see it. I'm glad I chose this place to live.

The only complaint that I have is my downstairs neighbors, they are always saying where loud even when we are sleeping or not home. Other than that I have no complaints.

|Recommended: YesI am very glad I moved in thank you — The Bradford apartment is close to many of the essential such as Walmart and Kum Go. Several restaurants are with in walking distance , this is a great place to live thank you.

|Recommended: YesDecent Living — Its affordable and for the price it's actually quite nice. The other tenants are quiet and keep to themselves mostly, but they are also friendly and respectful. No complaints on my end.
