|Recommended: YesBradford Park Apartments has been my preferred location to call home for the past few years due to the way we are treated here, that is to say, very well. A very nice pool, and ideal dog walking locations. The interior is comfortable and spacious enough for as long as we call it home.
|Recommended: YesI have lived here since 2021. Good location, close to plenty of businesses and restaurants. Its proximity to National Ave makes road noise a bit prevalent during heavy traffic. However, the units and grounds are reasonably spacious and fairly well-kept. The pool is very refreshing during the summer. The included gigabit internet has proven consistently reliable, with few outages that I can recall. Pay-by-phone laundromat is convenient and was refurbished only a couple of years ago. It may not be in everyone's price range but it is a solid choice for south Springfield.

|Recommended: YesAwesome place to live — Have been living here for 6 years. I don't hear my neighbors whose apartments border mine. Peaceful and clean. Maintenance quick to respond to any issue reported. When I look at what other apartments complexes want for a 2 bedroom, I don't understand why someone would pay that price. Totally the best location, great apartment and best value for my money.

|Recommended: YesThis is my 7th year here. Super quiet, pool is nice, the laundry is clean, the halls for the most part stay clean, and the grounds look nice. I hate that the rent keeps going up but that’s just how it is I guess.

|Recommended: YesLoving it here. Our new manager is great, she makes this place a safer one to live in, and we appreciate it. Can’t tell you how many people we have gone through, nice to see one stick around for a while. The property is getting a lot of updates and they are all looking so good. We just renewed for anther year and are happy to be here.
